In 2020, Ivan founded Gamma Corp Dev Group, as a boutique firm assisting clients in their corporate development needs. In August 2024, Gamma CDG joined efforts with Avec, forming Avec Group LLC. Ivan has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, finance and corporate development roles.
Through his career, Ivan held positions with increasing level of responsibilities in finance, strategy, and merger and acquisitions with The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, Whirlpool Corporation, Deloitte Consulting, and Ford Motor Company.
Ivan spent over a decade with The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. During his tenure at Goodyear, he held several finance and strategy leadership position within the organization, including head of finance retail division in North America. In March of 2018, Ivan was appointed Finance Vice President responsible for Corporate Development for The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and held this position until his departure in 2020.
Since 2021, Ivan has been focused on creating and building FastLap LLC, an automotive service start-up and roll up company. As one of the five starting partners, Ivan is leading finance function to deliver growth through acquisitions and achieve organic improvement through deploying new technologies and delivering unreasonable hospitality.​
Among a few key projects, Ivan successfully completed restructuring and integration of the largest JV in the tire industry and completed standing up 2nd largest distributors of tires in North America.
Ivan attended Andrews University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He earned his Master of Business Administration at SDA Bocconi Graduate School of Management in Milan, Italy in 2002.
Ivan is President at Pathway to Health not-for-profit providing medical care to intercity residents in the US.
